- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 20–30 vanilla wafer

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Prepare the Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cheesecake mixture.
- Assemble the Layers: Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Add a layer of sliced bananas and vanilla wafers. Pour the remaining filling on top and smooth it out.
- Chill the Cheesecake: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set.
- Serve & Enjoy: Before serving, top with whipped cream, banana slices, and crushed vanilla wafers. Slice and enjoy!
